The unit comprises a semi-detached industrial / warehouse building of steel portal frame construction, having a concrete floor with brick / blockwork to 2 metres, above which is lined profile metal cladding to an eaves height of circa 4 metres. The insulated cement asbestos roof incorporates 10% GRP roof lights, which provide a good level of natural lighting. The internal offices are fully fitted, and incorporate carpeted floors, painted plastered concrete block walls / ceilings which provide an entrance reception, open plan office, male / female toilet facilities and small kitchen. The building is fully heated and lit incorporating gas fired heaters within the main warehouse, and loading is via a folding metal door which is approximately 4.0 x 4.0 metres.
The unit has the benefit of a small secure yard to the front plus allocated car parking, which combined could accommodate up to 6 / 7 private vehicles.
Refurbishment works are currently underway including redecoration of all previously painted surfaces throughout the building.
